ENGLISH The next two days, we’re going to focus on quick writing activities. Set yourself a timer for 45 minutes and try and plan and write your short story in this time.
Today’s story: re-write a nursary/ classis story that you know off by heart (e.g. red-riding hood). HOWEVER, there must be a twist! (For example, as the wolf is about to eat Grandma, she whips a pistol from her pajamas and shoots him! As Red riding hood walks in, Grandma is sat with a lovely new wolf rug!)
You will need to include dialogue between two characters to either show emotions and thoughts, or to move the story on. Remember, new speaker, new line. |
