Reading
Download a copy of ‘Cat and Mouse’ from the resources below. Start by reading it, reading it and reading it again. You might want to read it aloud or read with an adult until you feel comfortable to read it on your own fluently. Underline any words you are not sure about and try to work out what they mean. If you are still unsure about what they mean, use a dictionary to find their definition.
Don’t forget that this can go in your reading diary

English
Write some ideas for your image which you created yesterday. Think about sights, sounds, touch, smell and taste. It might be helpful if you imagine yourself (1st person) or a character (3rd person) walking through the setting. Don’t worry if you feel that your setting that you drew yesterday is a little uninspiring; you could have a look online for some images to help you.

Topic
Work on your creative topic sheet. Make sure you choose something that interests you and remember that it doesn't all have to be done all in one day - think about how long some of our topic lessons take to complete at school.
Most importantly, make time for some fun family time and don't worry if you don't get everything done. The most important thing is that you have a go to the best of your abilities. Feel free to post anything that you have done or if you have some fantastic ideas on Class Dojo.
